You'll see more opportunities to provide comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs)...as MTM services in pharmacies continue to expand.
These "med checkups" help patients improve adherence, resolve med problems, achieve goals, and reduce hospitalizations and overall costs.
Medicare sees the value...but only about 10% of Part D patients eligible for a CMR get one. The plans are looking for your help to boost this number now...since it may be included in their 2016 Star Ratings.
